World Heart Day is annually observed and marked on 29th September since 1999. On this day The World Heart Federation (WHF) along with the World Health Organisation organise free health checkups, spots evens, runs, walks, fund-raising and other activities that aims to create a positive impact on public health and overall health awareness. More than 90 countries participate in the celebration each year, and as a result of these international efforts, World Heart Day has proved an effective method for spreading information about cardiovascular health.

Highlighting preventive measure to support groups, reducing the global non-communicable disease rate by 25% by 2025.
Boosting healthy eating habits, developing health policies on tobacco control and many others to reduce of cardio issues.
