World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October annually since 1992. This is an initiative by the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organisation brings thousands of supporters to annual awareness programs to bring attention to mental health illness and its effects on people worldwide. Anxiety and depression disorders are common mental disorders that have an impact on our ability to work. Globally, more than 300 million people suffer from depression, the leading cause of disability.
